Summary:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement solutions and improve service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of services performed and equipment status.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of technical equipment and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various field locations.
- Relevant technical certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
