Job Title: Contract Administrator

Reports to: Chief Legal Officer

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Summary:

The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department, primarily focusing on the drafting, execution and management of contracts with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with customer contracts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing customer and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of contracts
  • Maintain and organize contract documentation and records.
  • Conduct analysis related to industry regulations.
  • Support the legal team with compliance matters and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contact administration roles, with at least 3 years handling complex contracts and matters.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
  • Experience in the financial technology and/or casino/gaming industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work well with other in a team environment.
