iGaming Business Development Director

Remote - Las Vegas, NV

The Business Development Director is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts in the iGaming industry, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth. The position requires achieving sales goals, conducting market analysis, and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions. Candidates should have extensive sales experience, particularly in the gaming and/or payments industries, and be willing to travel frequently. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain contacts with new and existing accounts in the gaming industry.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to foster positive relationships and drive sales.

Manage Key Accounts:

  • Maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with the Client Experience team to ensure customer success, high retention, and new sales within existing accounts.

Achieve Sales Goals:

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue growth targets in assigned accounts/territory.
  • Develop long-term sales plans and set annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.
  • Monitor and adjust sales activities to meet objectives.
  • Participate in lead generation and maintain records in the CRM database.
  • Create and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within authority limits.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze industry trends and gather market intelligence.
  • Discuss new product opportunities and enhancements to improve services and drive revenue growth.
  • Share customer feedback and competitor activity with relevant teams to respond to market changes.
  • Collaborate with Teams:
  • Work with Product and Product Realization teams to understand the product suite and upcoming enhancements.
  • Maintain knowledge of the value proposition and regulatory status of products.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Experience teams to identify customer needs and build relationships.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies.

Ensure Smooth Delivery:

  • Work with Product, Project Management, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Manage expectations and ensure contracted services are clearly defined.

Support Revenue Operations:

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Legal teams to analyze, price, and create legal documents.
  • Complete pricing questionnaires and legal documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years total sales experience
  • 4 years Sales experience in the Gaming industry
  • 25-50% travel required
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Business builder, creative team player, disciplined professional

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive understanding of the multi-Jurisdictional operators and maintains solid relationships throughout the prospective customer base.
  • Technical and/or operational experience in the gambling or iGaming industry, with a focus on payments and PSP management
