Summary:

The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the company’s brand presence, product launches, and overall marketing operations. This position is responsible for managing social media channels, press release and announcement management, and providing essential support for events, product launches, and day-to-day marketing operations.

 

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management & Communications
    • Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across all company social media platforms
    • Develop monthly content calendars for internal review and feedback
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, KPIs and audience engagement
    • Recommend improvements based on analytics and industry best practices
    • Distribute press releases and announcements to all internal and external channels
  • Product Launches and Promotional Events
    • Coordinate product promotional events and casino property activations
    • Plan and execute logistics including ordering promo materials, shipping collateral, preparing handouts, and managing event-day needs
    • Travel to select event locations to support execution and onsite coordination
  • Marketing Operations and Administrative Support
    • Manage Jira tickets for marketing requests, including promotional items and business cards
    • Assist with conference and tradeshow planning: collateral preparation, promo items, registration, room block management, and logistics
    • Manage product collateral ensuring product information is up to date and distribute to sales
    • Support sales team with customized presentations for current and existing customers
    • Work closely with the relationship managers with collateral requests and customer support
  • Digital Marketing & Web Management
    • Maintain and update company website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and product messaging
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute website updates, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
    • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics), providing regular reporting on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
    • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, user experience, and content effectiveness based on data insights
    • Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, landing pages, and campaign tracking within HubSpot
    • Ensure alignment across digital channels (website, email, social) for product launches, announcements, and campaigns
    • Assist in managing SEO best practices, including content updates, keyword alignment, and site optimization efforts

Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, event coordination in B2B, gaming, fintech, or technology experience preferred.  Click or tap here to enter text.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms especially LinkedIn, content calendars, and performance reporting.           
  • Experience updating and managing website content
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience supporting tradeshows, events, or product launches including logistics coordination and onsite execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Experience working cross-functionality with sales, product, and external vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
